Trading memecoins loses most people money. Most people, most of the time. Zoltrak exists to show you that clearly, in your own numbers. It is not a way around it, and using it will not make you an exception.
Nothing in Zoltrak is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. No figure it shows is a prediction. Do not trade money you need.
1. What Zoltrak is
Zoltrak is a piece of software you run in your browser. It shows public Solana market data, keeps a journal of trades you made, and can build a swap for your own wallet to sign.
It is non-custodial. It never holds your funds, your private keys or your seed phrase. It cannot move anything on your behalf, and it cannot trade while you are away from the keyboard.
2. What Zoltrak is not
- Not a broker, exchange, dealer, custodian, or money transmitter.
- Not a financial adviser, and not registered as one anywhere.
- Not a signal service. Nobody here tells you what to buy.
- Not a managed fund, and not a service that trades for you.
3. You are responsible for your trades
Every transaction is signed by you, in your own wallet, after your wallet has shown you what it is. If the amounts your wallet displays differ from what Zoltrak displayed, refuse the transaction. Your wallet is the authority, not this app.
You are responsible for what you sign, for the tax consequences of your trading, and for complying with the law where you live.
4. The data may be wrong
Prices, liquidity, holder counts and safety checks come from public sources (currently DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, Jupiter and public Solana RPC nodes). Those can be delayed, rate-limited, incomplete or simply wrong.
Where Zoltrak cannot establish something, it says so. A safety check that could not run reads not checked, never a pass. Treat that as a warning.
5. The rug detector is a filter, not a verdict
It reads what can be read on chain and flags what looks dangerous. It will miss rugs, and it will flag coins that never rug. A coin that passes every check it can run is not safe. It is only not obviously unsafe in the ways this tool can see.
6. Copy trading
The copy engine fills on the paper desk. It watches wallets you choose and applies rules you set. Past results of any wallet, including any shown on the leaderboard, say nothing about what it will do next. Copying somebody profitable is not a way to become profitable.
7. Accounts and content
If you make an account you are responsible for what you post. Do not post other people's personal information, do not impersonate anyone, and do not use the coin rooms to promote a token you are about to dump. Accounts that do may be removed without notice.
Appearing on the public leaderboard is off by default and only happens if you switch sharing on.
8. Fees
Zoltrak currently charges nothing. If a platform fee on swaps is introduced, it will be shown on the confirmation screen before you sign, every time. A fee that is not displayed is not charged.
9. No warranty
Zoltrak is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It is early software and parts of it are unfinished. It may be unavailable, it may contain bugs, and a bug may cost you money.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Zoltrak and its operator are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, failed or delayed transactions, wrong or stale data, or anything else arising from your use of the software.
11. Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use Zoltrak after a change means you accept it.

To do before launch: have this reviewed by a lawyer in your jurisdiction, and confirm the non-custodial position holds where you are operating from. This is a careful draft, not legal advice.
